YEAR 2008, we purchased a property in Barangay Catangnan, General Luna, SDN. We realized that Siargao Island has a very big potential for Tourism as many foreign investors opened small surf resorts at the Tourism Road of Barangay Catangnan. As Siargaonons, we decided to create a proper high-end resort with the luxury of a 5 star accommodation, but, still keep the island vibes.

So on year 2009 EMALAND LEISURE PARKS & RESORTS INC. was formed with its iconic massive swimming pool, 40 luxury rooms, a seafood restaurant, an in-house spa, a beach bar, an in-house gym-SIARGAO BLEU RESORT & SPA! Construction commenced in the year 2011 upto 2015, the year we soft-opened. We recreated the once quiet island to an island destination in the Philippines making it the best ISLAND DESTINATION OF ASIA 2019. This, has been the company’s honor as we have contributed to the beautiful changes in Siargao Island as the biggest high-end resort to this date-2023.
